Genesye [gen-ess-ee-eh]: The origin continent for the sapient residents of the planet, airdropped by an ancient spacefaring culture millennia ago. It was chosen due to its abundant resources and rivers and lakes. It is revered as the cultural and scientific center for all known countries.
Omelye: The second settled continent, known for its fishing and farms. The central lake has many boat-cities, a trait also seen on the eastern coastline. Despite its age, it's still quite rural and lightly settled due to much of the arable land being owned by long-established farming families and clans.
Koury [ko-oo-ree]: The northern part of the same continent as Omelye, but more mountainous and industrialized. It separated from Omelye in recent times to pursue full industrialization over the clan-run farming cultured of the south. It also features a few of its own boat-cities, with one of it's countries having a boat-capital! Named after a muse, Kourie.
Shune [shoo-neh]: Discovered by Genesyans but settled by Southwest Omelyans, it is a tropical paradise and run by crony capitalists and grey marketers. It is a long-standing den of crime, which is mostly hidden below its glamorous "vacation destination" surface.
Roko: A mountainous and somewhat inhospitable major island continent whose nations are poor but have access to the mysteries of The Abyss, and has some power and status due to that. It is frequently in territorial disputes with Shune over its southern islands.
The Meritomes [mehr-ih-toh-mes]: An archipelago of small islands that provides home to many settlers and other folks who want to live outside the major settled continents and their governments. They tend towards isolationism overall unless there's a major threat. Their trade is mostly tourism and local crafts.

Dendae [den-day-eh]: A continent broken into sides, East Dendae and West Dendae. East Dendae consists of 5 long-established constitutional queendoms. West Dendae is fairly orderly and generally peaceful but its many nations can be resentful of the political shift caused by East Dendae.
Caeryn [chay-eh-reen]: A swampy coastal frontier country recently settled by refugees, political and religious extremists, and criminals. It has no capitals or official countries but is a loose and fluctuating confederation of settlements who are constantly disputing borders. Named after another muse, Arcae!
Zerif: Another newly discovered continent that is far larger than the others and only barely settled on its western coast. It is rich in exotic ores and much of the larger continent is rumored to hide an ancient, massive labyrinth.
Yrrim [eer-rim]: A distant northern, cold continent that is barely settled beyond some southern ports. What is known of it is mostly tundra, covered in an unusual reddish grass.
The Abyss: A massive sea-floor hole that descends far below the seabed and is the source of many strange weather and oceanic events. Explorer often retrieve unusual items and species from it, which are in great demands across all the continents. These items and creatures are generally inert or harmless but occasionally they have valuable properties or occult uses, and this is a point of obsession for many wealthy collectors and leaders around the world...
Trane [trah-neh]: The mostly recently discovered continent in the far south. What little has been explored has been a massive nitrogen (dry-ice) desert. Right now, it's mostly just teams of explorers for various government and frontier foundations.
